Impairment Ratings

Impairment ratings reflect the severity of an injury and determine the degree to which the injury, or impairment, impacts an individual’s ability to perform daily activities.

At Superior Rehabilitation we provide impairment ratings performed according to the 6th edition of the AMA Guidelines to Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. The ratings are done for upper extremity, lower extremity, and spinal pathologies.
